New Loft Insulation
If your loft is bare or has only a thin layer of original insulation, a fresh install is the single most cost-effective upgrade you can make to your home. Done properly, it pays itself back in heating bills within a few winters and keeps the house warmer in cold snaps.
We install mineral wool to 270-300mm, the depth the current Building Regulations recommend, and pay attention to the bits most installers skip: clearance around downlighters, eaves ventilation, tank jackets, and safe boarding routes. No cutting corners around wiring, no insulation pushed against the eaves.
Pricing is honest. Most new installs fall between £500 and £2,500 depending on loft size, access, and whether any boarding or crawling strips are needed. We give you a fixed price in writing after a quick survey, with no ambiguous "from" figures or chasing of extras on the day.
Every job is carried out personally by me or my colleague Zach. We've built the business on getting it right and explaining what we're doing, so you know exactly what you've paid for and what it should do for your home.
